Before you start

Single-document exports such as Markdown, HTML, or PDF serve different reading and portability needs. Folder and workspace ZIP exports preserve a broader Yazora data set with a manifest.

Complete the task

  1. Open the document, folder, or workspace export action.
  2. Choose the offered format for the target: Markdown for portable text, HTML for browser-friendly content, PDF for fixed reading, or ZIP for broader transfer.
  3. Choose a trusted destination and wait for completion.
  4. Open the result outside Yazora and inspect text, media references, tables, filenames, and the archive manifest.

Check the result

A portable copy is written to the chosen destination without removing the Yazora source.

  • Markdown favors editable portable text; HTML preserves browser-readable structure; PDF is a fixed reading output.
  • Folder and workspace ZIPs include an export manifest so another process can identify the archive contents.
  • When offline, a broad export can include only content already available in the device cache. Reconnect and synchronize before treating it as a complete workspace export.
