Before you start

Publish to Web shares a generated snapshot, not workspace membership. Later edits remain private until Update Published Version is used.

Complete the task

  1. Open a rich-text Document and choose Publish to Web.
  2. Review the document and create the public link.
  3. Use Update Published Version when a later revision is ready.
  4. Use Generate New Link to revoke the old address, or Stop Publishing to remove public access.
Yazora Publish to Web confirmation dialog
Publishing creates a public snapshot only after the confirmation action.

Check the result

Readers can open the current public snapshot without entering the workspace. Free supports up to three active public links; eligible paid plans can raise that limit.
