Manage multiple documents

Select several documents and apply supported organization or deletion actions once.

  • Sign in and confirm the active workspace.

Before you start

Multi-select can apply pin, favorite, move, tag, Trash, restore, and permanent delete actions to more than one eligible item.

Complete the task

  1. Open a document list and enter multi-select mode.
  2. Select the intended documents and review the count.
  3. Choose Pin, Favorite, Move, Tag, or Move to Trash.
  4. In Trash, choose Restore or Permanently Delete only after checking every selected item.

Check the result

The action applies to eligible selected documents. Items you cannot manage remain unchanged or produce an access warning.
