Workspace search, folder or tag search, and Search Current Document answer different questions. Document Information describes the open item rather than all workspace results.
Complete the task
- Use the main search field for titles, tags, and searchable content in the active workspace.
- Open a folder or tag first when results should be limited to that view.
- Open a result, then use Search Current Document for text inside it.
- Open Document Information to inspect timestamps, sync status, statistics, backlinks, headings, attachments, access, and publication state.
