Before you start

Import Documents and Spreadsheets accepts TXT, Markdown, HTML, DOCX, CSV, TSV, XLS, XLSX, XLSB, XLSM, ODS, FODS, and Notion or UpNote ZIP exports. Format fidelity depends on the source structure and supported Yazora blocks.

Complete the task

  1. Confirm the active workspace and Destination Folder.
  2. Open Import Documents and Spreadsheets and select the source files.
  3. Review format, size, and item-count validation before confirming.
  4. Wait for the partial-success or completion summary, then open representative documents, links, tables, and attachments.
  5. Keep the originals until the imported result and sync state are verified.

Choose files, verify the destination folder, and review the import limits before starting.

Check the result

Supported items appear as new workspace content; failed or skipped items remain identified by the import result rather than silently replacing existing data.

  • Each ordinary input file can be up to 10 MB; an import ZIP can be up to 250 MB.
  • One operation accepts up to 40 documents.
  • A workbook can contain up to 50 worksheets, 50,000 rows per sheet, 1,000 columns per sheet, and 100,000 populated cells per file.
