- Sign in and confirm the active workspace.
Before you start
Favorite adds a document to the Favorites view. Pin keeps an important item at the top of supported lists. Neither changes the document's folder or grants access.
Complete the task
Where to find it Document→ More actions
- Open the document's actions.
- Choose Add to Favorites to create a shortcut in Favorites.
- Choose Pin to prioritize it in supported document lists.
- Use Remove from Favorites or Unpin to undo either choice.
Check the result
The document remains in its original location while the chosen shortcut or priority is updated.
