Understand plans and billing

Compare Personal and Team plan families, choose the billing owner, and avoid relying on stale prices.

Before you start

Personal entitlements apply to an account's Personal workspace experience. Team products apply capacity and features to a selected Team workspace and have a verified billing owner.

Complete the task

  1. Open Subscription & Billing and review the currently active entitlement.
  2. Choose whether the need belongs to Personal use or a specific Team workspace.
  3. Compare Free, Personal Pro, Personal Pro Plus, Personal Pro Max, Team Pro, Team Growth, and Team Business in the live plan screen.
  4. Choose Monthly or Annual when offered; for Team, confirm the target workspace and billing owner before purchase.
  5. Complete the App Store or Google Play purchase and return to Yazora for entitlement reconciliation.

Use the live Subscription & Billing screen as the authority for available plans and purchase terms.

Check the result

The account or selected Team workspace shows the verified plan benefits. The in-app store is the authority for current price, currency, tax, and renewal terms.

  • Personal Free includes 100 MB; Team Free includes 500 MB shared storage and five seats.
  • Personal Pro, Plus, and Max include 5 GB, 25 GB, and 100 GB of Personal storage.
  • Team Pro, Growth, and Business include 10 / 25 / 50 seats and 25 GB / 100 GB / 250 GB of Team storage, plus the corresponding 5 GB / 25 GB / 100 GB Personal capacity.
  • Free file uploads are limited to 10 MB per file; paid plans allow up to 250 MB per file.
  • Free keeps 7 days of history, three custom templates, three active publications, and two active sync devices. Paid Personal keeps 180 days; paid Team keeps 365 days and enables eligible Team collaboration and Encrypted Protection.
