Create, switch, and check workspaces

Create or select a workspace and verify the destination before adding sensitive content.

Before you begin
  • Sign in and confirm the active workspace.

Before you start

Folders, tags, access, sync state, members, and plan capacity are scoped to the active workspace. Switching does not merge content between workspaces.

Complete the task

  1. Open the workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar.
  2. Select an existing workspace or choose the create-workspace action.
  3. Name the workspace and complete the creation prompt.
  4. Before creating or importing content, confirm the workspace name shown in the sidebar.

Check the result

The sidebar and document list refresh to the selected workspace. New content is saved only in that workspace.
