Sort and browse document views

Use list sorting, descendant-folder visibility, and Shared / Published views to find the right set.

  • Sign in and confirm the active workspace.

Before you start

Sorting changes presentation, not content. Shared / Published and Yazora Blog views collect documents by access or publication state rather than moving them to a folder.

Complete the task

  1. Open the document-list sort control and choose a supported title or time order.
  2. In App Settings, set Show documents from subfolders for parent-folder browsing.
  3. Open Shared / Published to review documents shared by link or submitted for publication.
  4. Open Yazora Blog to review submitted, approved, withdrawn, or published documents.

Check the result

The list reflects the selected order and scope while each document keeps its original folder and access state.
