Choose a text link, block link, link preview, or supported embed without losing the source URL.

  • Sign in and confirm the active workspace.

Before you start

A URL can remain a normal link, become a richer preview, or load as a supported embed. The target service controls whether preview metadata or embedded media is available.

Complete the task

  1. Paste a URL or select text and choose Link.
  2. Choose the offered display style, such as a text link, block link, or link preview.
  3. For supported services, select the embed option.
  4. Open the result and confirm that the destination and display are correct.

Check the result

The Document stores the link. If preview or embed loading fails, the URL remains available so you can retry or switch to a plain link.
