Use and create templates

Start from built-in templates or maintain reusable templates for the active workspace.

Before you start

Yazora includes built-in templates and workspace-owned custom templates. Creating from a template makes a new independent document.

Complete the task

  1. Choose Add → Select from Templates to browse built-in and workspace templates.
  2. Select a template to create a new document.
  3. To reuse existing work, open its actions and choose Copy to Templates.
  4. Create or edit a custom template and use supported variables such as {{date}} and {{time}}.

Check the result

The template remains in the workspace catalog and each use produces a separate document. Free supports up to three custom templates; paid entitlements can raise that limit.
