Drawing Boards and Spreadsheets

Choose between a separate visual board, an embedded drawing element, and a structured Spreadsheet.

Before you start

Yazora has a separate Drawing Board content type for free-form visual work and can also place a Drawing Board element inside a rich-text Document. A Spreadsheet is a separate grid-based content type.

Complete the task

  1. Use Add → Drawing Board for a standalone visual canvas.
  2. Inside a Document, use the insert menu for a Drawing Board element when the visual belongs with prose.
  3. Use Add → Spreadsheet for calculations and structured grids.
  4. Use import when you need to bring a supported workbook into the active workspace.

Check the result

Each canvas keeps the tools appropriate to its context. Rich-text-only actions are unavailable in a standalone board or Spreadsheet.
